We offer scalable synthesis and functionalization systems for complex particle structures and measurement systems for the characterization of product properties. 

The focus of ParteQ GmbH in the area of functional materials lies in the synthesis of nanoparticles and nano powders. The functionalization of micron to millimeter sized particles by chemical vapor deposition extends the range of powders and structures substantially. Our synthesis methods comprise of flame spray pyrolysis for the generation of oxide, phosphide and metal nanoparticles and electric arc and plasma systems for metal nanoparticles. The new materials generated by these methods find application in nanotechnology, heterogeneous catalysis, battery technologies and many other areas.

We supply the high quality aerosol instrumentation of Palas GmbHIONERANCON and Naneos GmbH, offering a comprehensive line of instruments from the nm into the µm size range. We also offer deposition systems for product harvesting from aerosol processes.

Aside from the tools, we also offer our scientific knowledge in the areas of particle engineering, particle technology and nano technology in the form of research services and custom synthesis of functionalized particulate materials.
